Whlle we work on the server your web cellar will be marked "Read-Only" and you will be unable to make any changes.
We recommend temporarily converting your web cellar to a local cellar so you can safely add or remove wines to your cellar...

Steps to convert your web cellar to a local cellar so you can safely add or remove wines to your cellar

1. Use the menu command "Cellar, Save Cellar as a local Cellar"
       Create a cellar with a name DIFFERENT to your existing web cellar name
2. Close then re-open The Uncorked Cellar to check that it correctly opens your LOCAL cellar and it is no longer read-only
3. You can safely make changes to your local cellar - which will be saved on your computer
4. Automated backup CSV files of your changes will be saved in the folder specified under "Tools, Options, Backups"
   
   
5. Once we have restored the web server you can convert back to a web cellar via "Cellar, Web Cellar, Save Current Cellar as a Web Cellar"

    

    

   We are currently regenerating the server from scratch after a brute force ransomware attack.
   This process may take several days as we verify all backups are clean
