Your pc's security settings may request confirmation to run the application.
If the following screen is displayed; press RUN
After the program has downloaded from the internet, you will be presented with a message indicating that your PC is about to be remotely controlled: press OK
The final step will ask you to select a machine to connect to.
Please select the entry uncork-support@no-ip.biz and press OK:
A member of our support staff will alert you via your PC screen that your support session is active.
Note:
- Running this remote support application does not install any software on your pc, it does not leave behind any files, registry keys or anything else after you have completed a session.
- Only you can initiate a session, and only by following the above process.
- The software always asks you for permission before it allows access by the support computer you select. .
